It’s been shown by the Harvard Business Review that short-term educational interventions are largely ineffective. In fact, sometimes it can make things worse, when employees feel like they’re being targeted and criticised. According to the Financial Times, only 5% to 20% of professional training actually gets used at work.  And 61% of people don’t feel safe to be themselves at work, either. Good Idea

An anti-formula course, designed to get teams thinking differently and combatting the cringe of sharing new ideas. Includes:

  • An immersive creative exercise

  • Understanding your personal creative type

  • The psychology of imagination

  • Unique creative techniques

  • How to sell ideas and influence people

Good idea is bespoke to a brief, and costs between £2k and £10k depending on the project.

Good Chemistry

Perfect for leadership teams, rising stars, companies transitioning from start-up to scale-up or even businesses that need a boost, our Good Chemistry training provides a cultural reset and gets people communicating better with each other at work. You don’t have to like everyone you work with, but you can have chemistry with them, and this course has been designed by academics and creatives purely to reignite that spark. This training is the perfect combination of fun and intellectual intensity.

Good Weird

She believes that if we all allowed ourselves to be the weird we naturally are, the happier and more creative we’d all be. Good Weird (also known as Weird Seance) is run only by Amy, because she is the weirdest and most qualified to do so.

Good Weird can be run as a 30-minute conference presentation, a 3-hour workshop, or a full day, to bring out the weirdest version of people, with wonderful results. Includes:
