Why do you need this course?

Or do you just have a lot of great input to give, but don’t know how to give it?

Do you hate giving feedback?

Do you dread feedback conversations?

The difference between an OK manager and a phenomenal one is the way you deliver feedback. But according to Harvard Business Review, 44% of managers find giving developmental feedback difficult or stressful, and 21% avoid giving feedback altogether.

WHY?

Because it’s complicated.

Forget long ridiculous self-help books and Instagram advice, this Good Shout course is the only training you need to set you up for delivering feedback, across your entire career. We’ll show you exactly how it’s done, test you along the way, and with your interactive workbook you’ll actually craft some feedback throughout the training, to use with your team straight away.

Feedback can make relationships better, and drastically enhance the quality of your team’s work. And with this course, well… It can even be a little bit fun.

Humans are complicated! Our psychologies are diverse and our baggage is plenty. But there’s a way of giving feedback that will ensure your employees receive it well, time and time again.

And this course shares it.

What will this course give you?

This course provides a tried and tested process of giving feedback for any kind of conversation: positive or negative.

At Good Shout, we’re dedicated to closing the knowing/doing/being gap, which means that our courses are always practical.

Across the course we’ll help you script a feedback conversation and embed a way of thinking that will completely change your attitude to work relationships.
