Like a couch to 5k for your voice. This 8-week course, for all genders and individuals at any level is the best way to transform your public speaking abilities, and grow confidence in all areas of communication. For two hours a week we practice every way you could possibly use your voice: public speaking, writing, taking part in panels, podcasting, being interviewed and presenting under pressure. If you want to find your voice, finesse it, and then get yourself out there, this course is the one that’ll get you spotlight-ready.
The Good Return
Getting your voice ready for the next chapter. The Good Return is a course for new mums, either at the end of their maternity leave, or already back in work. Across 6 weeks we help you find your voice again, after such a momentous and mind-altering experience!
We know that new mums need more support and opportunities to practice communicating with confidence. The Good Return delivers this, in a safe space, filled with women in exactly the same boat as you. We practice presentation style and delivery, clarity, persuasiveness, thinking on the spot and thriving in the spotlight, and how to hold your own in any pressured communication situation. Described as “a game-changer” by previous participants, this course has exactly what you need to return to work on your A game.

Spokesperson training for senior women in a supportive space. This 4-week course is an intense and rewarding experience to bring senior women out of their comfort zone and helps them get louder, clearer and more impactful. We’ll cover how you speak in public, but also (more importantly!) what you say, and our small group of eight women becomes a supportive network every time. This course has been described by numerous alumni as “life-changing” and “transformational.”
