Amy Kean
is a psychosociologist and bestselling author who wants everyone to love their voice.
Her first book, The Little Girl Who Gave Zero Fucks was described by Glamour Magazine as a feminist handbook.
After 17 years working in advertising all over the world, in innovation and strategy roles, Amy moved into teaching and writing full time. She’s a journalist, university lecturer, poet, satirist and working class weirdo, as well as a LinkedIn Top Voice, Campaign Magazine Trailblazer, and inductee into the BIMA Hall of Fame for her tireless DEI work. She loves accents, and is committed to getting everybody speaking well at work, but in a real way. A human way.
Her punchy column in Shots magazine is consistently their most popular content. Amy’s academic portfolio ranges from the very serious, with an MSc in social and social psychology from LSE to the downright spooky, having studied parapsychology and all things anomalous at the University of Edinburgh.
