About us
Good Shout
The only way to learn…
is social.
Do you remember having an amazing time at school, jumping with glee during every double biology lesson?
Us neither.
Do you remember the incredible energy in lecture halls at university, when a room full of 200 students sat in silence listening to materials that are ten (or a hundred) years old?!
Yeah, maybe not.
Do you have fond memories of boring corporate training in a stuffy room with a wonky projector listening to Steve wang on for eight hours?
Didn’t think so.
That’s because the way we’re taught is normally boring, and one-way. This doesn’t work.
In fact, studies show that traditional training only ever lands between 5% and 20% of the time, and most of what we’re taught is forgotten after seven days. It’s been proven time and time again that short-term educational interventions rarely work, especially when people feel like they’re being preached at, or punished.
If ever an industry needed a revolution, it’s this one.
At Good Shout, we know that for training to work it has to be social, where every individual plays a role and learns from each other, highlighting the differences between people rather than burying them. Social learning promotes uniqueness and group feedback, encouraging people to understand how they fit within their group or community.
For us, it's all about the experience
Simulations, storylines and surprises ensures the learning sticks
Our facilitators are high energy and vastly different

Our training is fully accessible, and CPD accredited, which demonstrates a dedication to professional development and significant learning outcomes.
Our sessions are designed for introverts AND extroverts, and every kind of brain!
Neurodiversity has such a strong impact on how you communicate, and how you receive feedback. We love people to share this with us up front, so that we can make sure our sessions feel good.
We have a motto at Good Shout:
we are all experiments.
Every single one of us should see ourselves as a work-in-progress, who can always get better over time and learn from others. This sits at the core of social learning.
Online, we make our training feel like an experience, too.
They’re lean-in, with constant interaction and introspection. Participants will always have the option to ask questions in our forum space, and get feedback from the Good Shout Community.
