Good Shout
Secret
Workshops
This product is only for the brave. Are you brave? Not many people are, but you are… I can tell.
Our secret workshops are for people who want to give their team a reward whilst tapping into the power of surprise. And who doesn’t like surprises? It’s like a lucky dip and Blind Date had a baby and decided to revolutionise the L&D industry.
But you have to be brave to buy it! And cool. Are you cool enough to buy the Secret Workshop?.
Secret workshops are exactly how they sound:
a workshop, that’s secret until the moment you enter the room. They’re weird, because weirdness is a sign of intelligence.
How does it work?
One:
You give us a brief or the kind of cultural reset you want. Do you need to find your mojo again? Do you need intense training for your leadership team? Do you need to help your employees fall in love with the company all over again?
Two:
We create a storyline just for you, based on those challenges. We’ll invent a premise, a challenge, and even a series of characters to create a world that your staff will be immersed in as soon as they step foot inside the venue we find for you.
Three:
We find the best facilitators for the job and put together a team that’ll give your team the very best and convincing. Good Shout has access to the very best in the business.
Four:
We prepare your team! With mindful communication and a bespoke web page that gets them through this unique and unforgettable learning experience.
Best day ever!
You have the best day ever! That improves your culture and enlightens your employees.

For ITV:
We were asked to boost camaraderie amongst their commercial team
with an out-of-the-box experience they wouldn’t forget, combined with significant learning outcomes. What a brief!
So, we did what Good Shout does!
We took 80 of their staff to a 17th century mansion in Devon for two days, as as soon as they walked through the doors of that mansion they became stars of their own reality show, called The Experiment. With tasks based on iconic ITV shows (such as Hell’s Kitchen and The Masked Singer) they had to compete in teams to see who that the best chemistry. Watch the epicness below.
“Thank you. What I saw yesterday exceeded all expectations, and I genuinely think it’ll give us the cultural reset we needed.”
Paul Broughton, Head of HR, ITV.
“I was so impressed by the way that you and the team were equipped to deliver so consistently on your vision for the two days, it was clear how much love and attention went into it.
It really has been the talk and envy of the town since we got back (for the right reasons!) and it's given me a real kick to want to wake myself from my current creative slumber (and let me tell you, the slumber was real...and insidious). I haven't experienced collaboration and openness like it for some time.”
Alex Woolley | Client Strategy & Planning Manager | Commercial and Online | ITV plc

For Channel 4:
How do you help a team of sales professionals think about what it means to be creative?
That was the brief set by Channel 4.
And the answer? You drop them into a simulation, littered with easter eggs from their own organisation, where an AI version of the Queen’s consciousness and a 40-year-old snowman force them to examine empathy, teamwork, problem-solving and reflection. So they can steal their minds. Perfect.
“Good Shout brought exactly the kind of energy our team needed - creative, unconventional and engaging. It never felt like enforced fun; instead, it created space for meaningful conversations, fresh thinking and lots of laughter. I'd wholeheartedly recommend them to any team looking for an experience that's both enjoyable and impactful.”
Emma Hopkins, Head of Creative Partnerships, Channel 4

For IMA:
This global agency with an incredible 20-strong management team wanted some decent leadership training with a twist.
So we created a laboratory and set them the challenge to investigate the concept of positive energy at work, whilst solving a Cluedo-style problem that required ridiculous attention to detail.
The Experiment will never disappoint, and your staff will be left over the moon and talking about it in team meetings for years. The project is always bespoke and we work with your budgets.
